Emotion & Body Code
Everything in the world has energy, and our bodies are no exception. Each part of our body, organs, and tissues has an energetic field, much like that pictured here. Our emotions, experiences, traumas, interactions, and everything we do has an energy that can affect our body’s energy, creating an imbalance. The impact of these imbalances can affect us in ways that cause physical discomfort, emotional turmoil, and even disease. Emotion Code and Body Code is a method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson over 20 years ago. It is used to identify and release energetic imbalances or blockages, sometimes called ’emotional baggage,’ thus creating the path for the body to heal itself!
Two Major Categories Emotion Code Addresses
Trapped Emotions
When we don’t successfully process and release a negative emotion, it becomes trapped in the physical body. Over time this can lead to physical pain and other negative symptoms. Identifying and releasing these trapped emotions can help correct these imbalances and relieve emotional and physical pain and discomfort.
Heart Wall
If you have experienced the heartbreak of disappointment in the past, then chances are you have a Heart Wall. This is an energetic wall around your heart comprising trapped negative emotions. It’s the subconscious’ way to ease the pain and protect us from getting hurt in the future.

Energies
To release damaging emotional and mental energies that became trapped in the body during stressful, emotional life events, we use simple yet powerful energy process.

The body contains energy systems such as acupuncture meridians, energy circuits between and organs and glands, and the connection of the spiritual and physical body. The Body Code can identify any of these systems needing balancing and healing.
Toxicity
Toxins can exist in physical form, and invisible, energetic form. They are vibrational frequencies that were simply unable to be processed, likely caused when the body was imbalanced.
Pathogens
The Body Code can identify the physical as well as the energic form of organisms that may no longer be present, creating symptoms of physical infection.
Structural Balance
